1. Be sure to research any passive income program to avoid the passive income scams that plague the industry. Research the owners, and check the WHOIS registry and see who owns the domains. Find out how long the company has been in business. Visit the online money making forums and see what people are writing about the passive income program you are interested in.
2. Make sure that you diversify and do not put all of your online passive income investments in one basket. Be sure to spread your income out among a few good passive income opportunities in 2012 and beyond.
3. Be sure that you do not invest more money than you can afford!! This is very important. Please do not spend mortgage or food money in an online passive income investment. Thanks for taking the time to visit this blog. I am hoping that you can learn a few things about making money online from my own past and present experiences and wisdom.  I have been in the industry personally since 2007 and I have truly seen the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I have seen a lot of people lose money on the internet with expensive top tier programs and even smaller priced affiliate programs that were impossible to sell. I saw people losing money right and left. I lost money as well.

The honest truth is that  most people in this industry lose money. The only place that people are not losing their money is in smart passive income programs which I will explain below.

Many people are looking for a get rich quick program on the internet and join certain programs that they see that look exciting and lucrative. These people see the fancy websites, the pictures of wealth, the beaches, and the fancy cars and get lured in.
