There are quite a few passive income programs in 2012 to choose from.  You may be overwhelmed by your choices, and not really sure what to join, or.. if you should join any.  My goal in 2012 is to create passive income from home in ways I never have before.

I am also quite interested in passive residual income that will be long lasting.. not just for today. So how many passive income programs should you be in? Should you diversify your portfolio? My answer to you is a resounding YES***

In your journey to make money online you want to be smart about how you invest your money. If you put all of your money into one passive income opportunity and that company closes down or has problems, you are not going to be a very happy person. Nobody likes to lose money.. and if you are only in one program.. that could be the final result.

My solution is to find some of the best passive income opportunities. Find 3 of the best passive income opportunities and spread your money out evenly over the 3. This will keep you diversified enough.. but not spread out sooo thin that you cannot keep track of the programs.

Earning smart passive income can create a truly lucrative monthly income for you if you do it the right way.

Passive income programs have truly stolen my attention away from other network marketing programs where you are totally dependent on a downline for your earnings.

What I have done with my passive income programs in 2012 is that I began building these actively and sharing my 3 top programs with others, so I get the benefit of both.

However, even if I do not bring others into the program, I am STILL EARNING MONEY… to me this is a total win win situation.

As stated previously, diversify your smart passive income programs in 2012 and beyond. Invest wisely, and make sure you pull out some of your returns as well…

Thanks for taking the time to visit this blog. I am hoping that you can learn a few things about making money online from my own past and present experiences and wisdom.  I have been in the industry personally since 2007 and I have truly seen the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I have seen a lot of people lose money on the internet with expensive top tier programs and even smaller priced affiliate programs that were impossible to sell. I saw people losing money right and left. I lost money as well.

The honest truth is that  most people in this industry lose money. The only place that people are not losing their money is in smart passive income programs which I will explain below.

Many people are looking for a get rich quick program on the internet and join certain programs that they see that look exciting and lucrative. These people see the fancy websites, the pictures of wealth, the beaches, and the fancy cars and get lured in.

Then they join these programs and do not do anything. They expect their upline to do all the work for them, and when it does not happen, these individuals move onto the next best thing. The majority of the people in the industry fit into this category, however, this is not where the problem is.

Most of the programs out there are designed to make the company a lot of money. They create breakage in their compensation plans so that most people lose money or do not make enough quickly. Sometimes they force their members to leverage into other levels, knowing full well that they will never reach these levels.

It took me a while to realize what was actually going on. I saw the failure rate was sooo huge in the industry and I truly had enough. I was fed up, and was ready to leave the industry for good. Actually, I left the industry a few different times only to come back to some other program designed for our failure.

To make a long story short, I did my research and hooked up with some excellent leaders in the industry who had also had enough of all the B.S programs on the net that were not working for the majority of people.

I decided that passive income programs were they way to go, and not only to create passive income but passive residual income as well. The few programs that I involved with right now do just that.

People are earning daily income in these programs and it is great to see people in this industry happy for a change!
